Dan joined the firm in 2015 and is a partner in the firm’s entertainment practice. He began his career working directly with Paradox Entertainment Inc. in Beverly Hills as a licensing coordinator of toys, books, games, and film rights. He eventually went on to serve as in-house counsel for Wargaming.net in its Austin, TX location where he provided legal support to Wargaming’s operations.

Dan focuses on entertainment law, assisting film, television, and video game clients with their licensing and intellectual property matters. Dan routinely drafts and negotiates software development and publishing deals for game and tech clients, including many from around the globe. Dan provides comprehensive entertainment industry legal advice to clients, helping them to option entertainment rights, create IP shopping deals, structure financing and distribution contracts, organize chain of title letters, negotiate talent agreements, provide copyright clearance and draft "fair use" opinion letters. Additionally, his general corporate legal experience includes crafting LLC operating agreements, corporate bylaws, and advising clients with complex mergers and acquisitions.
